What Kakiout is
Kakiout is an information service that lists events in Singapore and links to official organisers and ticketing sites. We do not organise events and do not sell tickets. Any purchase is between you and the seller, under the seller's terms.
Accuracy
We collect information from organisers, venues, ticketing platforms and public reports, check it and show our sources and the date we last verified each page. Event details can change at short notice. Always confirm dates, times, prices, age limits and entry rules with the official organiser or ticketing site before you buy or travel. We are not responsible for changes, cancellations or errors in information supplied by third parties.
Using our content
The text, layout and data compilation on Kakiout belong to Kakiout. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a link back. Search engines and AI assistants may index the site within the limits set in robots.txt, and developers may use the public API and feeds within their rate limits, with attribution to Kakiout. Do not copy the site wholesale or present our content as your own.
Images and third-party material
Event images belong to their owners, usually the organiser, and are shown with credit to promote the event. Names and logos of artists, organisers and venues belong to their owners. If you own material shown on Kakiout and want it removed or corrected, email [email protected] and we will act promptly.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or services.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Kakiout is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
