Buy tickets only from the official ticketing partner named on the organiser's or venue's website. Each event page on this site links to the ticket seller we found on the official listing.
Before the sale opens
- Create and verify your account on the ticketing platform a few days early.
- Check whether there is a pre-sale (fan club, credit card or venue members) and how to register.
- Note the sale time in Singapore time (SGT, UTC+8).
Avoiding scams
- Ticket resale scams on social media and messaging apps are common. Be very wary of sellers asking for bank transfers or PayNow to strangers.
- If a resale is allowed, use the platform's official resale or transfer feature.
- Never share your account login or OTP with anyone.
On the day
- Have your e-ticket ready in the official app; screenshots are often not accepted.
- Check the bag policy and the gate opening time on the event page.
