Overview
HIIT THE BEACH, short for High Intensity Ice Cream Training, is a free beachside fitness playground with eight interactive zones at Palawan Beach, Sentosa, open daily from 8am to 10pm from 24 October 2026 to 31 January 2027 (Sentosa Development Corporation, accessed 8 Nov 2026) It is presented by The Magnum Ice Cream Company, with challenges inspired by Magnum, Ben & Jerry's, Wall's, Cornetto and Calippo, and a cooldown area with ice cream and limited-edition merchandise (Sentosa Development Corporation, accessed 8 Nov 2026)
What's on
The beachside playground is built around three ideas. Move is a fitness circuit that tests strength, endurance, agility, speed and coordination, and you can do as much or as little as you like at your own pace. Play offers challenges inspired by the ice cream brands from The Magnum Ice Cream Company. Chill is Cooldown Isle, where you can relax with family and friends, enjoy ice cream, photograph larger-than-life ice cream installations and browse limited-edition co-branded merchandise (Sentosa Development Corporation, accessed 8 Nov 2026)
The eight zones
- Cornetto Classic Climb: swing from bar to bar without letting your feet touch the sand (maximum weight load 150kg). 2. Cone-quer the Balance Bars: shimmy along the bars with your hands, feet off the sand (150kg). 3. Ben & Jerry's Pint Jumps – Burpee and Box Jump: three pint jumps of different heights, with an optional burpee before each jump; shoes are required (120kg). 4. Paddle Pop Battle Ropes: whip a rope in each hand from shoulder height down to the sand for a minute or longer. 5. Calippo Cooler Press: press each ice cream-inspired weight overhead for ten reps, getting heavier as you go. 6. Over-scooped & Under-scooped: go over the high scoops and under the low ones without hitting them. 7. Magnum BonBon Puller: pull a weighted Magnum pint sled until it crosses the marker. 8. Magnum BonBon Pusher: push the sled to the finish line (Sentosa Development Corporation, accessed 8 Nov 2026)
