Overview
Goldilocks and the Three Wild Boars is a Little Wild children's production at Wild Rice @ Funan from 27 February to 14 March 2027. It is a Singaporean spin on the fairy tale with original songs, written by Alfian Sa'at and directed by Ezzat Alkaff, about a curious girl who is sent outside to "touch grass" and wanders into a hut in the forest (Wild Rice, accessed 8 Nov 2026)
The story
Goldilocks wants to try the newest fast food, fashions and TikTok trends, and keeps asking her parents to buy what she sees on her tablet. Her parents take the tablet away and tell her to go outside and "touch grass". She keeps going, touching leaves, flowers, trees and mysterious footprints that lead to a hut belonging to a family of wild boars.
